Terms of Service

1. Venue only

Truck and Trailer USA provides a listing and messaging venue. We are not a motor carrier, freight broker, dispatcher, insurer, escrow agent, or party to any haul. Users contract with each other, if at all, off the platform. We do not process payments.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and use a US mobile number you control.

3. Your risk

You assume all risk of injury, death, theft, property damage, missed jobs, and disputes with other users. You will do your own safety, insurance, and identity checks. Personal auto policies often exclude for-hire use.

4. Independent operators

Haulers are independent. If for-hire or CMV rules (USDOT, MC, CDL, insurance) apply to a trip, that is the hauler’s obligation. We do not license anyone.

5. Prohibited use

No hazardous materials, passengers as cargo, stolen property, or illegal loads. No scraping, spam, or abuse of SMS.

6. Content

You grant us a license to host the photos and text you post so the service can function. We may remove content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for interactions between users. Our total liability will not exceed one hundred US dollars.

8. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless the operator from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, and your hauls.

9. SMS

Login codes are sent to the number you provide. Optional message alerts are off by default. Message frequency is limited. Carrier rates may apply. Reply STOP in a future version; until then, turn the toggle off in Account.
